How to Identify Regular Corespondents?

Make sure to read the page Self:General Journalling Instructions for any general instructions on how to proceed
Collect the email addresses of those to whom I have SENT emails on this day, whether in the To or CC fields of the header
For each email address, check whether it is already in the Regular Corespondents table in Page title=Self:Regular_Corespondents
If it is not, then add it to the top of the table, if possible filling in email and name columns
If it is already there, go onto the next name
