Research approach
This page lists clubs, societies and civil society organisations active in Brightlingsea, with descriptions and contact details. Primary sources are each organisation's own website and the official Brightlingsea Town Guide 2026 (published by Brightlingsea Town Council). Where contacts are taken from the town guide rather than an organisation's own website, this is noted.
Contact details were current at the time of research (May 2026) and may change.
